Our Studs

Unfortunately our studs cannot stay in the house all the time as our breeding girls obviously come on call and we only do supervised planned mating.  To accommodate this we have outside houses and runs for them and we like them to live in groups so the have company and this has worked very well.
The houses and runs are insulated and thermostatically heated and the runs are glazed to protect from the elements.
Each house is equipped with a TV/DVD to keep the boys entertained, water fountain and food station, heated beds, queens quarters, toys and climbing scratchers and are situated so the boys can see us most of the day though I do spend most of the evenings with them.
It is only intended for our boys to be entire and used as a stud for a short time and usually by the time they have sired a litter or two and gone as far as they can go show title wise they are neutered and stay with us.
